  • A spouse of an E2 visa holder may live and work in the United States.   The spouse does not have to work for the E2 company.  A spouse can work for any company that accepts foreign work authorization.
  • The child of an E2 visa holder may attend school in the United States.  A child must be under age 21.  The child may not work in the United States even if he or she has already graduated from high school.
