Ms. Rothrock was a quarterfinalist in the Leroy Jeffers Moot Court Competition while at South Texas College of Law and her appellate brief was voted top three in the competition. While at South Texas, Ms. Rothrock served as research assistant to Professor Bruce Burton and helped edit his real estate finance textbook. She received her LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Denver in 2002.
